Your Rock Springs Retreat Center adventure is only a few clicks away. Make your reservations below, and we’ll start getting ready for you to arrive.
To make a reservation, select the appropriate retreat type and set your dates. Here’s a little tip on selecting the right retreat type:
- Weekly Fitness Retreat: Come for 1, 3, or 12 weeks (or any number of weeks) and experience our traditional Fit Farm fitness retreat. You must set your arrival date to a Sunday and departure to a Sunday in order to see the availability.
- Weekend Warrior: This is an extended weekend from Thursday to Sunday full of fun and fitness. If you would like to stay Sunday to Wednesday, then give us a call at 615-667-8055, and we can make it happen! You will need to set your arrival date to a Thursday with the departure date to the next Sunday in order to see the availability.
- Weight Loss Retreat: Commit to either 4 or 8 weeks here at Rock Springs to your weight loss journey. During your stay, you will receive one-on-one consultations to support your journey. You must set your arrival date to Sunday with your departure at least 4 weeks from the arrival date in order to see the availability.
